and How Does It Fit in with
Wise-About-Weight?
The goal of Wise-About-Weight is to get your muscles moving. In 2007, Justine Moore, master personal trainer and fitness nutritionist, launched DesignMyWorkout; a comprehensive program that generates safe, effective workout plans tailored to each client’s athletic abilities, health limitations, and available equipment. Prior to participating in any form of physical activity a self assessment is completed in order to personalize your plan. Depending upon your answers, the program will design a fitness plan utilizing equipment that fits into your lifestyle, whether you exercise at home or in a gym. With detailed written and pictorial instructions for improving endurance, strength, flexibility and balance, a new set of exercises will be formulated each time you enter the program. Through DesignMyWorkout you will be provided with a balanced variety of fitness programs that meet your specific needs.
