We Made It to Key West!

In October, Wise-About-Weight kicked off its “Walk to Key West” as a way to continually motivate our members to keep active during the holidays and overcome the winter blahs. Members tracked the miles they walked on local trails, in their homes, or at the gym. As a group, we walked the entire 1310 miles from Pittsburgh to Key West! To celebrate we are having a Key West theme party complete with low-calorie but fun food and drink!

Join us for the next walking challenge kicking off at the end of February. We’re walking to San Diego!
