Making lifestyle changes requires a multidisciplinary approach. Wise-About-Weight provides a comprehensive, balanced learning process that approaches the three necessary areas needed to make a healthy lifestyle change and provide you with the tools necessary to maintain these changes.

In order to maintain success three key areas are addressed in the program:

  • Nutrition (what we put in our mouths)
  • Behavior (what we think with our heads)
